Originality and Format:

  1. Authors are required to submit their original, unpublished work in MS Word format specifically to FEMIT-2024.
  2. Simultaneous submissions (papers already submitted to other conferences/journals) are strictly prohibited.
  3. Papers should be formatted as per the provided template, including proper citation and referencing.

Content and Organization:

  1. Ensure that your paper addresses relevant topics within the scope of the conference: Frontiers in Education, Management, and Information Technology.
  2. The paper should be well-organized with clear sections including Introduction, Literature Review, Methodology, Results, Discussion, Conclusion, and References.
  3. Each section should be clearly titled and logically sequenced for easy comprehension.

Paper Formatting Guidelines:

  1. MS-Word files are only acceptable.
  2. Paper size: A4
  3. Line spacing: 1.15
  4. Margins: 1.5” (Top and Bottom), 1.5” (Left and Right), justified
  5. Font: Times New Roman
  6. Title Font Size: 14
  7. Text Font Size: 12
  8. Headings: 12 Bold in Upper case
  9. Subheadings: 12 Bold Regular

Submission Process:

  1. Submit both the abstract and full paper via email to lkckptconf@gmail.com.
  2. The deadline for abstract submission is March 10th, 2025.
  3. The deadline for full paper submission is March 27rd, 2025.
  4. Ensure that the subject line of your email clearly states the submission type (abstract/full paper) and the title of your submission.

Plagiarism Check:

  1. All submissions will undergo a plagiarism check using Turnitin.
  2. Ensure that your work is original and properly cited to avoid any issues with plagiarism detection.

Acceptance and Review Process:

  1. The decision regarding the acceptance of papers rests with the Technical Program Committee.
  2. Papers will be reviewed based on their relevance, originality, clarity, and adherence to the conference guidelines.
  3. Authors will be notified of the acceptance status of their submissions via email.
